Pulling Vines Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates The Montessori Leader Scorecard mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the App and provide its features.

•Names and roles of direct reports you enter

•Notes, wins, and barriers you record
•Weekly summaries and leadership scores
•This data is created by you and remains under your control

Notifications

If you enable weekly reminders, we store your notification preferences (such as preferred day). We do not access or store notification content outside the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

•Authenticate your account
•Provide core app functionality (scorecards, summaries, reports)
•Store and display your leadership data across sessions
•Send optional in-app or system notifications you request
•Improve app stability and performance

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

•All stored scorecards, notes, and related data are permanently deleted
•This action cannot be undone

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed promptly.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adult leaders and managers. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and make the revised policy available.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
